This moment in front of me

Last week it was prom pictures, and today this moment in front of me looks more like a wedding gown and centerpieces and final details.

All photos are shared with permission from Krista Browning Photography. Krista loves capturing the emotion of people’s stories through pictures. She is based in South Florida, but she is open to traveling to meet your photography needs. You can find her by clicking on the following social media platforms | website | facebook | Instagram | Pinterest. But don’t look for her next weekend, she’s already booked for a little event that’s extra special to my family.

Last days to wrap up ideas and projects and stitching and catching up with these friends and almost family that we don’t get to enjoy often enough.

And most likely too many late nights and pots of coffee and hopefully a little dark chocolate too!

And maybe a little beach time or boat time or pool time or something like that.

Then dozens of family members and friends and balcony people who have cheered us and these kids of ours on year after year.

Then the best day of their lives as we all gather to witness the covenant they will make with God and one another.

Followed by lots of food and laughter and really lame dancing, because that’s the only kind we know.

Followed by moments that turn into days and weeks and years for all of us to learn what it means to love another with all of our hearts.

And that, my friends, is the raw beauty of the journey.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Very touching Beth ❤ So well said. You almost made me cry in front of a group of strangers while setting up his tent.

    1. They’re pretty adorable, Tammy! But I’m also a bit biased And I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who cries and/or laughs hysterically at my phone in a room full of strangers!

  3. Beautifully done! We so look forward to next weekend as “balcony people” who can enjoy the celebration. A godly couple with an inspiring story blessed by God. It can only bring joy to the soul!
